The Foundations Journey

The Culture Shift Journey

This journey is designed for organizations who already have a foundational understanding of DEI and are ready to take the next step by creating a positive organizational culture shift. Employees will learn ways they can contribute to positive culture change initiatives within their organization, including being more inclusive and effective managers, establishing more inclusive hiring practices, and effectively advocating for more inclusive process and policy changes. Recommended workshops include:

The Sustainment Journey

The Sustainment Journey is a continuous learning experience designed for employees and organizations who have worked with us and are committed to maintaining a consistent cadence of DEI knowledge and practices. This journey includes a series of five or more webinars and Q&A sessions curated for your specific needs. Sessions provide ongoing opportunities to deepen understanding and knowledge on specific DEI topics. Example topics of sessions include:

ERG Action Program

By the end of this program, you'll:

  • list-icon_mark Be equipped to talk about identity, privilege, and non-privilege
  • list-icon_mark Gain clarity on the purpose and goals for your ERG
  • list-icon_mark Have a practical playbook and the tools and skills to socialize it to others in your organization

The ERG Action Program will support your organization's ERG leaders and supporters. During these four (2-hour) sessions, you will learn how to be an effective ally, and will learn best practices when launching and sustaining ERG initiatives beyond events (when it’s not your full time job!). By the end of the program, you'll have a unique ERG playbook that will set you up for making lasting change within your organization.
