SGO Diversity & Inclusion Webinar: Interviewing Inclusively
July 10 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pmFree
We will review best practices when it comes to inclusive interviewing. We’ll cover what to keep in mind when interacting one on one with candidates both through when conducting resume reviews, as well as during in person sessions. You’ll walk away knowing:
- What an unconscious bias is and how it can infiltrate our assessment of candidates
- Best practices for inclusive interviewing
Please note that this topic is one portion of our longer workshops that cover many aspects to recruiting for underrepresented candidates.
