About The Episode Transcript

Erica Jones is a firecracker! She's also the Membership & Outreach Director of the Somerville Media Center. We talked about everything from family to getting hyperlocal to the future of public access television and its important role in the community in our current hyper-tech world. Prepare to laugh, or at the very least listen to us laugh. That happened a lot. And speaking of community, not long after we recorded this, her house burned down (thankfully everyone is OK!), and they started a GoFundMe campaign. They've already exceeded their $8000 goal by several thousand dollars (in two days!) but you can check out the page for other ways to help, and/or updates. Talk about the power of community.
